Needed a new tire, as something was deteriorating inside the old tire (as told when I got an oil change). Went here, got told it would be about an hour wait to get a tire there for my car. I was ok with it because hey, same day instead of having to wait. Asked about the road hazard I should have on the old tire, and I don't know if that was applied or not? Had another customer come in later with the same amount of years on her tire and asked about road hazard on it too. I ALSO asked about getting road hazard on the new tire and they said something about having to ask questions or call someone? We go here because of the road hazard, so I got a bit confused. Nice visit, even though I had to stay til near closing because of the wait and the time I arrived (not a complaint). A decent experience.

At first I thought that they were trying to screw me over. That was before they pointed out to me that when they had bought out D&J Autoplex the former had done some really horrible book keeping. But through our combined efforts they were able to get all my payments recorded as they should have been to begin with before National had bought out the business. Now I would be happy to recommend these guys to anybody that was looking for affordable dependable transportation I would recommend going to see These nice helpful folks at National Autoplex in beautiful downtown Tioga La

I had a flat in Grant Parish, took it their to get fixed since I was there. 1st visit, I got home tire was flat.They didn't fix it. Said 2nd nail was in it, on 2nd trip. That wasn't true. D&J said they ruined my tire. So I drove to D&J Tires and they fixed it for free. I bought my tires from them anyway. I won't ever go to Colfax again. D&J are the best. Waiting for new tire, so I will feel safer on the road. Thanks so much Randall.
